In this workshop we will be working with movement and exercises focused on accessing and releasing energy in the body. This workshop is for anyone who seeks to tune into their body, move intuitively, and tap into different energy centers. Mask selection will include the 7 Chakra masks, Spirit, Feeling, Will, with a few other surprises!

Please arrive 15 minutes before start time to settle in to the space. Any late arrivals will be admitted in and incorporated at the teacher’s discretion.

All ticket sales are final. Ticket can be transferred to another workshop if given at least 72 hours notice. Please be prepared to show ticket confirmation upon arrival to workshop. Students are expected to handle the masks with care, and will be liable to any damage cause to the masks in the event of such damages. By purchasing a ticket students are agreeing to a movement based class, where everyone is responsibility for the well being of their own body.
